Unique Markets is a curated pop-up retail experience dedicated to supporting local artists, makers, and small businesses. As the LA-based brand expanded into Minneapolis, I stepped in as the local operations lead for the Minnesota seasonal markets.

In this role, I managed end-to-end event execution, including hiring and training on-site staff, coordinating venue logistics, receiving and organizing advance shipments and promotional materials, creating vendor floor plans, overseeing vendor check-in, and managing all day-of operations to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for both vendors and attendees.
