Commune is a mission-driven brand dedicated to promoting healthy behavior change and supporting an anti-tobacco stance within the art and music community. To bring this mission to life, the brand launched a series of concerts across the Twin Cities over the course of a year.
Each event featured local musicians and bands, along with a pop-up market where local artists and makers could sell their work, creating a positive, community-centered experience.
Working with Rescue Marketing Agency, an LA-based firm, I served as the on-the-ground lead in Minneapolis. My responsibilities included sourcing and booking talent and market vendors, securing and negotiating with venues, hiring and managing street teams for grassroots promotion, overseeing event staffing, and managing on-site operations including giveaways and merchandise.
