Vivid Seats made a bold statement at the Maxim Super Bowl Party in Las Vegas with a Casino Royale-themed experience that wowed attendees. The activation featured custom-designed, shareable installations that engaged guests, sparked conversations with brand ambassadors, and showcased Game Center perks with surprise ticket wins. Attendees left knowing Vivid Seats has fans covered on game day, party night, and beyond. As Lead Producer, I managed the budget, coordinated with fabricators, oversaw brand ambassador staffing, and contributed to event concepting.
