The Constellation Fund wanted to transform their annual celebration into a vibrant, experiential event. The night featured immersive installations, interactive experiences, unique food pairings, live music, and more, providing attendees with an engaging and memorable celebration of the nonprofit’s achievements. As Lead Producer, I managed communications with the venue, catering, print, build, and floral vendors, coordinated client communication, and oversaw the budget.
